Anger is a normal emotion, which everyone experiences.  However, it is problematic when you lose control and do not feel able to regain the control.  Losing control of your emotions can be overwhelming when it happens and cause problems within your relationships at home or at work, leaving you feeling guilty and helpless afterwards.

The best treatment approach

The respected publication, BMJ, contained a review of what approaches are effective when managing anger.  Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) was identified as effective.  Further evidence indicates that hypnosis can enhance the effects of CBT, which is the approach I will use to help you.
