Often, Hypnotherapists use post hypnotic suggestions, alone, as a means of treatment. Mine incorporates a wider approach, including hypnotherapy, to ensure that ALL aspects of your smoking behaviour are addressed. This is to increase your success in achieving your goal and to prevent any relapse; so that you can leave me feeling confident about becoming, and remaining a non smoker.
*This is a comprehensive, one session treatment package, lasting between 1.5 to 2 hours
